Bread feeds the body, indeed, but flowers feed also the soul.  ~The Koran

A researcher in France recently published a paper on flowers and their ability to convey romance. He had a young man in a mall asking women for their phone number. The young man did this either in a flower shop, a cake shop, or a women’s shoe store. Any guesses where the women responded more favorably to his request? The flower shop. He even reports another study in his paper that women perceive men being more attractive and sexy when exposed to flowers.

Hmmmm…..

So if you’re interested in a woman and deciding whether to approach her with flowers or a fruit basket, go with the flowers. Hopefully she doesn’t have allergies.
