Are you a college graduate? <strong>Yes<\/strong> <em>or<\/em> No<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>All too often our identities are boiled down to a simple\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">this <i>or<\/i> that<\/span> statement. A statement that rarely captures who we truly are.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">This <em>or<\/em> that<\/span> thinking limits our ability to know ourselves and others. To know the really important stuff&#8230;what we\/others believe, what we\/others stand for, what we\/others treasure, what makes us\/others laugh, what makes us\/others fume&#8230;the list goes on.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who formed an impression of who I am based on my answers to the five questions listed above probably does not think much of me. But how could you think much of me? The <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">this <em>or<\/em> that<\/span> does not really allow you into my life.<\/p>\n<p>Who I really am is quite complex and difficult to explain. I am a lot of things. I have strong beliefs that guide my life. I truly treasure the relationships that I have. I make mistakes.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s post is short and sweet. I encourage you to challenge your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">this <em>or<\/em> that<\/span> thinking.
