Well this week, I found a fun way to focus on expressing compassion for yourself. Self compassion includes being gentle with yourself, being able to forgive your mistakes, and being empathetic to your experiences. \u00a0 This type of compassion includes resilience, which is the ability to stay\u00a0optimistic\u00a0and motivated in the face of challenges.<\/p>\n<p>How can you build resilience? My favorite part is when it asks you to &#8220;Specify your epic win&#8221;, \u00a0where you can say why you want to achieve the goal. The game is available for free online and through the iPhone App Store. \u00a0(&#8230;if only there was an Android version.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Take a look. Building resilience and using self compassion does not have to be serious.
