Our lives are unpredictable. One minute, we can be unbelievably happy. The next, we can be dealing with a situation that has us at the lowest of lows. As an associate marriage and family therapist, I have had the privilege of witnessing people overcome the most difficult situations. I value the opportunity given to me by my clients to listen and be with them through whatever it is that they are going through. I am looking forward to sharing some of my own thoughts and experiences (both the highs and the lows) that have made me into the person and therapist who I am today.
